  • Can I return or exchange an item after purchase?
    No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

  • What if I received the wrong or a damaged product?
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with pictures, and our team will assist you.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, but only within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, cancellations are not possible.

  • Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds are only applicable if you cancel your order within 1 hour. Otherwise, all sales are final.

  • Why don’t you accept returns?
    For hygiene and safety reasons, especially with baby products, we cannot accept used, opened, or returned items.
